Terms and Conditions to follow before subscribing to Daniel Semro Productions:

Intro:

I can’t believe I actually have to do this, but I’ve gotten some inapropriate and rude comments lately, so this paper had to be created.

The following rules will be formatted like a traditional “terms and conditions” paper:

A. Things to know before subscribing:

  1. Requests for content are always welcome!
  2. Requests may take some time before release depending on the amount of content I have to record and/or edit at the time!
  3. I WILL NOT do requests that include violence, harsh language, racism, discrimination, sexual matters, alcoholism, harassment, or any other inappropriate behavior! This also includes fraudulent behavior!!! This does not apply to fictional scenes, such as in skits!
  4. Requests that include use of copyright material (music, TV scenes, etc) WILL NOT be accepted!
  5. Please do not request the same thing more than once.

B. Comments:

  1. Prophanity OF ANY KIND WILL NOT be accepted!
  2. If you have feedback for me, but you wish to take it offline, please use the feedback form found in every video description! If you can’t find it, post a comment on the video and I will post the link to it in a reply.
  3. Please do not post any comments with your personal information unless I give you permission to do so first.
  4. Comments wishing me or the gusts/co-hosts I have on my channel to commit suicide and/or bodily harm will not be accepted! Violatorss will be banned and blocked from my channel immediately, no exceptions!
  5. Music cover requests will no longer be accepted. See copyright rule above.
  6. Requests that involve me demonstrating pirated/cracked software (including how to license that software) will not be allowed on my channel! Neither will posting links/downloads to this type of software! Violators may face either their channel or that comment being reported to YouTube.

C. Live streams

  1. Do not insult/affend me, my guests, or my mods. The mods are on my channel for a reason, to keep the chat tidy and respectful!
  2. Keep prophanity out of the chat, except for words like “damn”. Specifically, keep the F bomb out of the chat, as well as the S word.
  3. Sexual remarks (such as “I love you…”) will not be allowed in either the chat or comments after the stream. Like above, violators will risk their comment or channel being reported to YouTube.
  4. Requests to have my contact information without reason will not get replies. If you need my contact information for any reason, such as wanting to get to know me privately, please include that reason in you request comment.
  5. Accidental breaking of any of the rules above will not get you in trouble. You would get in trouble if you were to do it perposefully.
  6. Whether it be a video or a live stream, any requests that allow myself or my mods to get hurt will not be allowed.

D. Final thoughts

  5. Before subscribing, please read these rules.
  6. If you can’t abide by these rules, subscribe but be careful. These rules will be posted EVERYWHERE on the channel.
